You retain full ownership of any content you submit to BBR Indie Films LLC. By submitting content, you grant BBR Indie Films LLC a non-exclusive license to screen, promote, and feature your work in connection with BBR events and marketing.
Not tax deductible: Ticket sales, VIP session fees, film submission fees, merchandise purchases, and sync licensing fees are transactions with BBR Indie Films LLC, a for-profit company, and are not tax deductible.
May be tax deductible: Sponsorships and donations processed through Artists Rock the MIC Foundation 501(c)(3) may be tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Consult your tax advisor for guidance specific to your situation.
Payments are processed via PayPal and Eventbrite. BBR Indie Films LLC does not store payment card data.
Liability is limited to the amount paid to BBR Indie Films LLC in the last 6 months or $100, whichever is greater.
