All sales are final. BBR Indie Films LLC does not offer refunds for event tickets, VIP session fees, film submission fees, digital products, merchandise, or sync licensing fees.
Event tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your ticket is non-transferable unless otherwise arranged directly with BBR Indie Films LLC prior to the event date.
VIP 1-on-1 session fees are non-refundable once booked and confirmed. If a session cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances on BBR's end, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
If an event is cancelled by BBR Indie Films LLC, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders within 7 business days.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact billing@bbrindiefilms.com within 48 hours of the charge with your order details.
Donations made to Artists Rock the MIC Foundation 501(c)(3) are charitable contributions and are generally non-refundable per IRS guidelines. For donation inquiries contact Info@bbrindiefilms.com.
