Requirements:
Ad's must be submitted in a digital format (MP4 or MOV).
Ad Formats must be 1920 x 1080
The video and audio quality of the submitted film must be of a professional standard.

All images should be a minimum 300 dpi. Submit only high-resolution, original photos as JPEGs or TIFFs. (Please note: Increasing the resolution of a previously saved file will not increase the image quality).

Please include any required photographer credit. Identify everyone in the photo by name and class year and include the date, place, and any other pertinent details about the photo.

By submitting your logo, photo, or ad video to BBR Indie Films, you are claiming that you have all necessary rights to any/all marketing material you provide to our company, including the right to distribute it. You also agree that BBR Indie Films/ BBR Media Group is not responsible for any misrepresentation of ownership. You further agree to indemnify and hold BBR Indie Films/ BBR Media Group harmless from any claims arising from the material you are submitting.

By submitting your marketing material  to BBR Indie Films, you grant BBR Indie Films/BBR Media Group and Artists Rock the MIC Foundation 501c(3) the right to use your marketing material including: Your image, film's poster and trailer for promotional purposes online, on its websites, on its social media platforms, and at the screening.

If you agree to the rules and terms set forth above. This means that you agree to the rules and terms that are outlined in the BBR Indie Films submission requirements.
